In advance of an official request for proposal (RFP), the City of Greensboro is offering a survey to assess the needs of the Downtown Business Improvement District (BID) through March 29 from BID stakeholders. The input will help inform the scope of work that an entity will be contracted to manage on behalf of the City beginning July 2024.

Property owners in this district pay a tax rate of .09 cents per $100 of value on their property into a special fund that is used to support a range of programs and services, facilities, functions and promotional and developmental activities above and beyond what the City would typically provide.
