Northwest Guilford High School had the highest enrollment among Guilford County schools, welcoming 1,980 students during the 2022-23 school year, according to the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction.

Among the 131 schools in Guilford County, Grimsley High School ranked second in enrollment numbers with 1,853 students, while Page High School welcomed 1,684 students and ranked third in the 2022-23 school year.

Northwest Guilford High School is part of Guilford County Schools district, which roughly covers institutions within Guilford County and has a main office in Greensboro.

In the previous school year, Northwest Guilford High School also had the highest number of students among Guilford County schools.
