Beginning Monday, February 26, two eastbound lanes of Cone Boulevard at Highway 29 will be closed daily from 9 am to 4 pm until February 29 for the installation of a new traffic circle. These lane closures will impact traffic merging on to Highway 29 South. A detour will be in place to divert traffic onto 16th Street where Highway 29 South can be accessed again. Traffic traveling west on Cone Boulevard will be able to access the Highway 29 South ramp as normal.
Motorists should expect delays around the work area and are urged to use alternate routes to avoid the area.
