The City’s Housing and Neighborhood Development Department (HND) requests proposals to provide case management, support services, and administration/oversight for the Doorway Project with local Nussbaum Housing Partnership (NHP) funds.
Eligible activities to apply for are case management, supportive services, and administration/oversight expenses.
Proposals are due by 5 pm Monday, October 2 (EST).
Estimated available funds and activities are subject to change after City Council approval.
HND will host a mandatory Request for Proposals (RFP) workshop for the FY 2023-24 Doorway Project. At this workshop, you will learn about funding requirements and instructions on how to complete the RFP. Workshop attendance is required for City funding.
