City’s Conversation About Community Land Trusts Continues on Zoom April 5. (This is the March 29 evening meeting that had to be rescheduled.)

The City’s Housing and Neighborhood Development Department (HND) is moving toward community land trusts (CLT). Staff want to talk with Greensboro residents, lenders, and community partners about CLT during a public Zoom meeting:

The initial focus of the City’s CLT are these areas:

Redevelopment Focus Areas

Eastside Park

Ole Asheboro

Willow Oaks

Reinvestment Focus Areas

Dudley Heights

Glenwood

Kings Forest
