On Friday, March 17, the City of Greensboro and Guilford County Schools partnered to plant 65 trees at Dudley High School.
The trees planted at Dudley consisted of
- Princeton elms
- Cherokee brave dogwoods
- American hornbeams
- Oklahoma redbuds
- American beech
- And other native species
The new partnership will plant trees near local public schools that need trees due primarily to environmental enhancement and deforestation.
