Guilford County Commissioners held their annual retreat today at Bur-Mil Park in Greensboro, NC. The first part of the two-day retreat focused of facilitated training for the Commissioners followed by discussions with County Department Directors about operations to provide context for priority setting for FY 2024 and beyond.
The retreat will resume tomorrow morning at 8:30a.
