City of Burlington recently issued the following announcement.
Calling all dynamic duos!
Youth (11-17) grab your favorite adult (parent, grandparent, aunt, uncle, or family friend) to complete your dynamic duo for this special, small-group guided paddling adventure. A guide will provide a quick intro to kayaking so you know the basics when you get on the water. Then enjoy a guided kayaking tour of the lake as we look for interesting birds, wildlife and visit the old rock quarry!
Fee includes guide, basic instruction, solo kayak (sorry, no 2-person kayaks available), PFD and paddle.
