Town of Summerfield recently issued the following announcement.

Summerfield Community Center Rentals on hold until further notice

The Town is in the process of acquiring the Summerfield Community Center and surrounding property from Summerfield Community Center, Inc. and the purchase should be finalized by 12/31/2020. The Town will then begin the process of renovating the facility and will be developing policies for future facility rental usage by the community. Therefore, the Center will not be available for rental until further notice.
