On Saturday, Feb. 15, former Southeast Guilford High School standout Talor Grubbs’ current college team, the East Carolina Pirates, won 4-3 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the George Mason Patriots.

The game took place at Clark–LeClair Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Patriots this season.

The Pirates’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 18 at 5 p.m. at Jim Perry Stadium against Campbell Fighting Camels.
