Of the 4,906 people living in Pleasant Garden in 2020, 52.4 percent (2,571) were women and 47.6 percent (2,335) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the South Guilford News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 16. In the 65 and over age range, there were 1,194 females and 587 males.
