Greensboro Chamber of Commerce recently issued the following announcement.

Description:

Maximize high quality customer service and cohensiveness among team members. "Comfort in Complacency" is lifted and the power of high-quality customer service returns. The workshop will focus on: How did we get here? How do we recover? How do we reconnect? Target audience: entrepreneurs, small to midsize business, call center and dispatch operations, federal, state, and local government.
