The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Rhonda Foxx, Foxx for North Carolina, refunded $25 to Gloria Walker on September 30, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

According to the FEC data, the following reason was listed for the refunded expenditure: 'Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company'.

Foxx for North Carolina refunded $25 total since April 1.
