City of Burlington recently issued the following announcement.
Get Hiking! at Shallow Ford Natural Area

SPACE IS LIMITED FOR THIS HIKE. EVERY PERSON IN YOUR PARTY NEEDS TO REGISTER!
Grab a friend and get out for a hike in the woods! This hike is 2-2.5 miles on natural surface trail over rolling terrain with a few steep hills. Wear comfortable walking shoes or boots. Kids welcome with accompanying adult. More details about the hike and meeting location will be sent to registered hikers a day before the hike.
*Masks are required except while actively hiking
