$5/person age 16 and up; $2/person age 5-15 (must be accompanied on the trail by an participating adult). Fees collected on race day at registration.
The No-Frills Trail 5K is a series of trail runs at Guilford Mackintosh Park. Entry is only $5! Since this is not a fancy 5k, we’ll only be providing a well-marked, 5K trail course and a clock so you can see your time as you finish. And if it's really cold, we'll have a camp fire going for you to stay warm when you're not running!
Race starts at 10:00 am with registration opening 30 minutes prior.
Please note this is a technical course on natural surface trail with ROOTS, ROCKS, MUD, HILLS. This ain't your mama's greenway race...
Each race will have a theme and we encourage you to dress up accordingly! March's theme is Shamrock Shuffle for St. Patty's Day!

- if you need snacks – bring some!
- if you want an award – too bad!
