Guilford County issued the following announcement on Nov. 24.

Beginning Friday, November 26, StarMed COVID-19 drive-thru testing will cease operations at the Guilford County Department of Social Services (1203 Maple St, Greensboro, NC 27405) and begin testing at the Four Seasons Town Centre (2015 Four Seasons Blvd, Greensboro, NC 27407 – Old Outback restaurant parking lot).

Drive-thru testing will be available 7 days a week at the Four Seasons Town Centre:

  • Mondays – Saturdays, 11 AM -7 PM
  • Sundays, 12 – 6 PM

StarMed COVID-19 drive-thru testing will continue operating on a regular schedule at the High Point Guilford County Health Department location (501 E. Green Dr. High Point, NC 27262).
