Dr. Vann said, β€œIt is important to partner with health specialists like Dr. Snider to further educate our community about the monkeypox disease. We are quickly approaching homecoming season for two of our largest, local universities and we want to ensure that people are equipped with the knowledge and tools to prevent transmission and infection. Communicating with the community is a pillar of our work in public health, and we will continue to use every resource available to reach as many people as we can.”
