President Kyle Farmbry and Leilani Martinez were married today in Montgomery County, Md., in a small, private ceremony with immediate family.
Kyle and Leilani met as students at The George Washington University 25 years ago. They dated briefly before life took them their separate ways. About two years ago they began dating again and became engaged.
Kyle began work as Guilford’s 10th President in January, and Leilani is a digital communications and content strategist for the federal government. She has a 14-year-old daughter, Eva.
The family plans to live in Ragsdale House on campus, where the Guilford President has resided since the 1960s.
