City of Greensboro recently issued the following announcement.

Join Ms. Kelly from the Glenn McNairy Branch Library for an outdoor storytime in Country Park! Preschoolers and toddlers, along with parents and caregivers, are invited to enjoy stories, songs, and rhymes at Shelter 9, weather permitting. Shelter 9 is located near the playground and restrooms.
Country Park is currently closed to vehicles, but parking is available in the Greensboro Science Center parking lot near the carousel. You can follow the path from the carousel down to the park.
If you need assistance accessing the park, please drive your vehicle to the Jaycee Park entrance off of Pisgah Church Road, call 336-430-6562, and a Parks & Recreation staff member will open the gate to allow your vehicle to enter the park. Parking is available adjacent to Shelter 9.
