Our full-time paid college interns are hard at work in this summer heat!
Along with their training out at the Police Academy, on Thursdays and Fridays, the college interns go on ride-alongs with their assigned Divisions. This morning, two interns tagged along for patrol duties at the Little Sugar Creek Greenway.
Their program will wrap up on July 29th with a graduation ceremony. Many college interns go on to become officers! You can apply to become an intern, officer, or civilian employee through charlottepolicejobs.org.
