Presented by the Greensboro Chamber of Commerce, impact. Leadership Conference is a one-day leadership conference directly engaging Greensboro to develop and grow impactful leaders committed to inclusivity, collaboration, and positive change in their community and their world.
In its inaugural year, impact. hosted over 500 attendees virtually for 4 world class discussions over 2 days that addressed disruptive change in the workforce. Speakers included author and celebrated speaker, Jon Gordon, speaking to the importance of positivity in the face of change, Center for Creative Leadership faculty Jeremy Spidell addressing embracing the opportunity of change, consultant Jessica Glazer on resiliency in the face of change and Center for Creative Leadership faculty and Leadership Greensboro favorite LD Bennett on the power of creativity during change.

The impact.Leadership Conference will follow the venue policy of the Carolina Theatre which states:
“To minimize exposure to COVID-19 for patrons, artists, staff, and volunteers, the Carolina Theatre of Greensboro will be requiring proof of full vaccination or negative viral test within 72 hours prior to attending or participating in an event at the theatre for everyone age 12 and above, effective October 1, 2021.
Masks are required in accordance with the Guilford County Commissioners’ updated policy as of August 13, 2021.”
