Whether you know how to quilt or not, join a group of hobby sewers to learn how to quilt portraits. Portrait quilting is an art form that is gaining popularity because of the intricate, beautiful designs. Some elaborate quilts are made in the tradition of Biza Butler, a well-known quilter who has several works exhibited at the Smithsonian Museum.

In this 4-week class, participants will learn together and create their own individual quilts. Each participant must know how to sew using a sewing machine, and each participant must provide their own materials.
